The main theme of the summer collection is everything above the surface of the earth. That cannot be touched, but only seen, imagined, felt. Understand the essence of substance, its purpose, and what it means to us. Capture the most important message. Lines, movement, light, space, accuracy, variability, transparency, lightness. If that is possible to knit, let's grab the needles and fly together.
Publishing a summer collection in the early fall may seem like a strange decision. But, it happened, and if to think deeper, you need to thatch your roof before the rain begins; it means knitting summer tops in the winter is the right time! You need time to pick up the yarn, create looks by finding matching bottoms and accessories, and knit all garments! By doing that, look, summer is just around the corner. Тема летней коллекции – все, что находится над поверхностью земли. То, что нельзя потрогать, а только увидеть, представить, ощутить. Понять суть той субстанции, какое ее предназначение, и что она для нас означает. Поймать самое главное. Линии, движение, пространство, точность, изменчивость, прозрачность, свет, легкость. Если такое возможно связать, нужно браться за спицы и вместе полететь.
Издать летнюю коллекцию ранней осенью может показаться странным решением. Но, так случилось, и, если подумать, сани нужно готовить летом, а летние топы вязать зимой. Это самое правильное время. Пока найдется пряжа, создастся образы, подбирая "низы" и аксессуары, свяжутся изделия, глядишь, и лето не за горами. Удачи вам всем, а я с нетерпением буду ждать ваших фото с завершенными проектами. Для меня это самое ценное во всем процессе.
I cast on stitches for the very first Arctic design on October 9th, 2016. Then I could only dream somewhere deep in my brain that I could still complete this long and laborious project. Just imagine, two million stitches, 32 designs, 32 patterns, as well as 32 photoshoots and testings. All designs take into account the anatomical shape of the female body. Most of the patterns are designed for seven sizes (some designs have combined sizes due to the features of the shape or stitch pattern). I hope that representatives of different taste preferences will find something for themselves.
Over these three past years, I have gained tremendous experience, learned from mistakes, found various new techniques, and I have launched my website. During this time, I recognized you and your preferences, and it is worth a lot. I have already sketched two new collections, knitted four samples, and in the future, the form will remain almost the same – eight designs in one collection. Only I will try to make my life a little easier – I will no longer become attached to the season. Working on the collection takes almost a year. It’s challenging to shoot seasonal photos, hold seasonal testings, and publish a book for a particular time of year at the same time. What themes will be developed in each future collection, you will learn over time. Thanks a lot, everyone!

Когда 9-ого октября 2016 года я набрала петли для самой первой модели Arctic, я только в самом глубоком участке мозга могла помечтать о том, что мне все же удастся закончить этот долгий и трудоемкий проект. Два миллиона петель, 32 вязаные изделия и 32 описания, столько же фотосессий и тестирований. Все модели учитывают анатомические формы женского тела, большинство описаний рассчитаны на семь размеров (некоторые дизайны имеют объединенные размеры из-за особенностей кроя или узора). Я очень надеюсь, что представительницы разных вкусовых предпочтений обязательно найдут что-то для себя.
В протяжении этих трех лет я приобрела огромный опыт, училась над ошибками, находила разные новые технологические приемы, у меня появился собственный сайт. За это время я узнала вас и ваши предпочтения, и это дорогого стоит. В эскизах у меня уже набросаны две новые коллекции, связаны четыре модели, и в будущем формат останется почти такой же – восемь моделей в одной коллекции. Только я попробую немного облегчить себе жизнь – не буду больше привязываться к сезону. Работа над одной коллекцией занимает почти год, и сделать сезонные фото, провести тестирования по сезону и издать книгу к конкретному времени года очень сложно.
