Cumulus — dense, bright white clouds in the sunlight, most often forecasting nice weather. The tops of cumulus clouds look like domes or towers with rounded outlines. In cumulus clouds, you can often recognize buildings, ships, animals, or heroes of your favorite fairy tales. At first sight, the Cumulus Top captures your attention with its interesting design, just like a cloud that has intricate shapes.
The top is seamless, worked in a direction from the center towards edges and uses only three separate continuous yarns: one for the flat front yoke, the second for the back yoke and the remaining round yoke, and the third for the body. In garments of intricate design, it is challenging to implement techniques which improve the fit, but this time the design itself suggested where everything should be located and how to do it. Horizontal darts for the bust in the form of gussets, vertical darts in the form of front gathering, an elongated upper part of the back as a part of round yoke, wider front at the bust, wider lower part of the back.
